I appreciated the central location near Eyre Square. I could walk easily to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel provided convenient access to local attractions. I also found the staff cute and helpful.
The room felt a bit small, limiting movement. I found the bathroom especially cramped. This affected overall comfort. I think a slightly larger room would greatly enhance the experience.

The hotel's location near the train station was excellent I found it very convenient. The staff provided friendly service and were very helpful . My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the downstairs bar was excellent.
